FashionVerse is a lifestyle & customization game with a fashion styling theme, realistic 3D visuals, and deep social features.
New challenges are available to play every day, each with a dedicated theme. It's your job to follow the brief and deliver your best designs by picking the perfect outfit, location, and even the props to create the best-looking shots!
What is a season?
A season usually lasts a month. It comes with an overall theme, dedicated rewards, and there is always an active season in the game. Your season level is reset whenever a season ends. The new season replaces the old one and brings with it its own load of rewards!
How to get the season rewards?
Nothing simpler! You just need to play the game: Every time you complete a mission, you receive Season XP based on the difficulty of the mission. Collecting these Season XP allows you to level up your Season Pass and unlock the rewards.
How do the special rewards work?
Special Rewards can only be received when you activate the Special Pass. Apart from this, they are unlocked the same way as regular rewards: Complete Missions get Season XP and increase your Season Level. When you activate the Special Pass, you immediately unlock the Special Rewards that require your level or below. The other Special Rewards are unlocked as soon as you reach the required season
level.
What happens when a season ends?
A few things happen:
It is immediately replaced by the new season with a new theme and rewards. Your season level is reset to 0 and all the rewards are refreshed and updated. Do not worry! Everything you have unlocked from the previous seasons remains yours. The Season Pass expires as it is only valid for the ongoing season.
FashionVerse has a number of available challenges accessible through the "Challenge" tab in your main menu.
A challenge is always time-limited: you can only play while it's active. At the end of its timed period, a challenge ends and you will receive the results.
There are two types of challenges:
Stylist challenges
In Stylist challenges, you are given a scene with multiple hotspots. Each hotspot has a list of compatible items or props you can select from to change the final look of the scene.
Select the items that best match the theme of the challenge!
Trendsetter challenges
In Trendsetter challenges, you can use the items from your collections to make the board into a collage-style mood board.
You can move, rotate, and scale the items you pick, as well as add extra Trendsetter effects to complete the look. You need at least 4 items on the board to submit it, and can add up to 15 items.
Both Trendsetter and Stylist challenges can either be "Classic" or "Duel" challenges.
Classic Challenges
In Classic challenges, you submit your design to compete against nine randomly picked players. The community votes on the ten designs and creates a ranking. The ranking is revealed once all the votes have been registered.
Duel challenges
You'll be challenged to two duels every day: one Trendsetter Duel and one Stylist Duel. They're played exactly the same way as the Classic challenges, except you compete against one single opponent instead of nine. Additionally, you'll be able to see your opponent's design before you start your design (or check it at any point while designing).
Because it would be unfair, Duels cannot be redesigned.
Once you've submitted a design for a challenge, you'll have the opportunity to submit one Redesign, as long as the challenge hasn't ended yet. Your first design will not be discarded, and your second design will simply be assigned to a different group of opponents. And yes, you will receive rewards for each of these submissions!
Please note that any design you've submitted can be redesigned only once.
You can access a Redesign:
- From the main menu below the challenges you haven't participated in yet.
- From the voting results page of your first submission (in the "Completed" tab of the main menu).
Garments, shoes, accessories, and backgrounds are unlocked the very first time you obtain them. You can see them all in your Closet. Unlocking an item is permanent; once you've obtained it, it's unlocked forever!
The easiest way to get new items is to open Collection Boxes. You access these Collection Boxes by tapping on a locked item anywhere in the game, for example, from your Closet or directly when playing a challenge.
Opening a Collection Box usually requires Tokens, and will grant you five random items from this collection.
You can also unlock items by collecting them in the Season Pass, missions, challenges, and many other places in the game!
You can share your designs on the FashionVerse's in-game feed.
You have three options:
1. Tap the "Share" button on the confirmation screen after you've submitted a design.
2. Tap the "Share" button from the "Completed" tab of the main menu directly.
3. Share directly from your player profile.
If you rank third or better in a challenge, it means you created a Top Design and you'll be asked if you want to share it when you claim your rewards.
The number in the right-hand corner of each item card shows how many of that item you have in your inventory. When it reaches 0, you'll need to refill your inventory using Cash or Gold, depending on the item. By tapping the "buy" button, you'll receive 3 of these items.
There's no limit to your inventory so if you obtain the same item from elsewhere (e.g. from the Season Pass), it will be added to the five you already have.
You can use the item as long as your inventory doesn't reach 0.
When you submit a design, it is assigned to a group of nine other designs and goes to voting in the Community.
During voting, your design is randomly paired with other designs from your group, and other players vote for their favorite.
The votes define your design's score out of 5, represented by the yellow stars.
At the end of the voting period, you and the players in your group get ranked based on this score: the player with the highest score (= most stars) wins the challenge!
In case two designs get the exact same score, the player with the highest Crowns Value (golden crown icon) gets ranked higher.
When you are the one voting, you participate in evaluating other players' designs, and you get cash and other rewards for voting.
Each item has a Crowns Value, depending on its type and rarity: a Legendary dress is worth more than a pair of Common socks, for example. When you submit a design to a challenge, the sum of each item used defines your design's Total Crowns Value.
Items' Crown Value and Total Crowns Value are represented by a number and a golden crown icon. You can see them before you submit a design, on the recap screen.
A high Total Crowns Value can give you a small Final Score bonus (the stars, which define your final ranking in a challenge), and is used to break ties when two players get the exact same score in a challenge.
You can change your profile picture, player name, and player description from your profile.
Access your profile from the main menu by tapping on the player icon in the top-left corner.
Tap on your profile picture or the edit button next to it to change the information.
To help maintain a healthy community, remember to always avoid any unsolicited, inappropriate, libelous, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, or otherwise harassing content!
If you've linked your Facebook account to help save your FashionVerse progress using Cloud Save but would like to remove it, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Facebook.com and log into your account. In the top-right of the screen, tap on the down arrow and select Settings & Privacy.
2. Click on Apps & Websites.
3. Click on the Remove button next to any of the games you would like to unlink from your Facebook account.
If you have created a FashionVerse account, you may request that we delete all data associated with your account anytime.
To delete your game account:
1) Access the Settings menu from your player profile. 2) Tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the screen.
3) Validate your choice and tap the "Delete" button to confirm.
This will PERMANENTLY DELETE your game account, and there will be no way to recover it.
If the game starts with a new account (usually because you re-installed the game or installed it on a new device):
- If the lost account was linked to a Facebook/ Google/Apple identity, you can recover it by signing in, and selecting your account in the conflict resolution dialog. You can sign in from the tutorial, from the splash screen (the first screen you see when entering the game) or from settings (accessed via your player profile).
- If the lost account was not linked, the Customer Support Team may be able to recover it as long as you know the exact player ID or display name of your lost account. Be aware that you'll be asked several questions in order to validate your identity, and that there's no guarantee it will work.
If, after signing in, you selected the wrong account during conflict resolution:
You tried to sign in with an identity that already had another linked account, and when the conflict resolution dialog appeared you selected the wrong account: in this case the desired account is no longer accessible. The Customer Support Team may be able to recover it as long as you know the exact player ID or display name of your lost account. Be aware that you'll be asked several questions in order to validate your identity, and that there's no guarantee it will work.
You used the Delete Account option in settings:
There is nothing we can do; your account no longer exists.

Remember that the best way to never lose your account is to sign in with Facebook, Game Center, or Apple ID inside the game. You can sign in during the tutorial, from the splash screen, or from
