Terms and Conditions - FashionVerse Ambassadors Program

1. Eligibility. To enrol in the Program:
 

a. I must complete and submit the online application. 
 

b. The submission of my application does not mean that I’m part of the Ambassadors Program. I should wait for a notification from the FashionVerse team. 
 

c. My application may be accepted or rejected/dismissed at any time at the FashionVerse team's discretion. 

2. By submitting the Ambassador Program’s application form I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:

a. I am 18 years of age or older.
 

b. I must follow FashionVerse profiles on (Instagram, and TikTok).
 

c. I maintain and actively use a social media account on at least one form of social media, considering Instagram and TikTok. 
 

d. I will promote FashionVerse using my social media channels as often as I would like on any date, time, and frequency I wish. 
 

e. When sharing any content related to FashionVerse, I’ll use the brand’s hashtags: #playFashionVerse and #FVAmbassador.
 

f. When I publish any content FashionVerse-related, I will provide links to the videos I produce via DM to the official FashionVerse channels (Instagram, TikTok).
 

g. I can:

i. repost content from the FashionVerse official accounts. 

ii. add the @playFashionVerse tag to my bio. 

iii. add #FVAmbassador to my social media profile/s’ bio.
 

h. I understand that I will not receive any monetary compensation for producing FashionVerse-related content nor for the use of images or videos reposted on FashionVerse’s social media channels. 
 

i. I will promote FashionVerse on social media accounts by posting appropriate pictures, screenshots, and gameplay footage. I will contact the FashionVerse team if a clear understanding of “appropriate” content is needed. 
 

j. I understand that the FashionVerse team can contact me and ask me to remove any content they think is inappropriate or not aligned with the FashionVerse brand. 
 

k. I won’t support, condone, encourage, or promote any of the following: 

i. Violence or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, family status, or any other legally protected class. 

ii. Alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons, or a particular political agenda.

iii. Illegal products, services, or activities, including infringement of intellectual property rights of others. 
 

l. The content I will post will not include any content or material that is unlawful, obscene, vulgar, profane, violent, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise inappropriate as determined by Tilting Point in its sole discretion. 
 

m. I will create content professionally and skillfully, following the standards and practices commonly used and seen as good practices in these social media platforms under similar circumstances.
 

n. If I choose to leave the FashionVerse Ambassador Program, I can do it at any time, I just need to notify the FashionVerse team via email or DM (Instagram, TikTok). 
 

o. I understand that the content I post related to FashionVerse can remain in the FashionVerse team’s database and social media accounts even if I leave the Ambassadors Program. 
 

p. By participating in the Program, I grant the FashionVerse team permission to use my social media handle (Instagram, TikTok), avatar’s name and picture, use my content’s link, use my content’s screenshot, and any submitted content for communication, announcement or promotional purposes, without further compensation or notification.
 

q. I agree I won’t make any public statement or statement to the press or third parties in connection with the Ambassadors Program that (a) disparages, denigrates, or otherwise is reasonably perceived as negative, derogatory, offensive, or detrimental to (i) any Tilting Point campaign, Tilting Point and/or any Tilting Point Party, and/or (ii) Tilting Point’s games, products and/or services, or (b) casts Tilting Point or any Tilting Point Party in a false light.
 

r. I understand that the FahionVerse team and Tilting Point LLC reserve the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
 

s. I agree with Tilting Point’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

 

3. Tilting Point LLC and the FashionVerse team: 
 

a. Understand and agree to compensate the Ambassador with rewards in-game and/or social media boosting. Both compensations are for activity and content the team selects to be rewarded.
 

b. Have the possibility of providing additional rewards to the Ambassadors at Tilting Point’s and the FashionVerse team discretion.
 

c. Understand and agree to the rights to use any content received, or any content with the FashionVerse tag, even if the Ambassador exits the program.
 

d. To adhere to the privacy policy and these Terms and Conditions.
 

4. Ambassadors Selection:
 

a. Ambassadors will be selected from the pool of participants who fulfil the participation requirements completely.
 

b.  The FashionVerse team will review the applications and select several Ambassadors. Criteria for this selection will be based on a combination of objective metrics and discretionary analysis. The FashionVerse team is committed to ensuring fairness and maintaining the integrity of the Program.

c. The FashionVerse team will notify the selected participants via email (to the email address submitted in the participation form). Selected participants may be tagged in posts/comments published on FashionVerse’s official social media accounts and also mentioned in the news section of the game. 

d. Selected participants will receive their in-game prizes as specified in the Program’s announcement within 10 working days of the selected participants' announcement. If the prize is also related to content boosting, the FashionVerse team will request Spark Ads authorization through FashionVerse or a Tilting Point account on TikTok. Posts on Instagram should be joint/collab posts or giving access to promote the post. 
 

e. Once the Program is launched, it will continue indefinitely until its pause or end is announced.
 

f. Tilting Point LLC and the FashionVerse team reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program without prior notice.
 

g. The Ambassadors will not be treated as company employees or contractors for any reason.

 

5. Prizes:

  
a. The prizes and their approximate retail values will be specified by the FashionVerse team in the program’s communication.
 

b. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
 

c. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability:
 

a. The FashionVerse team and Tilting Point LLC are not responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur during the Promotion.
 

b. The FashionVerse team and Tilting Point LLC disclaim any liability for damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the Program or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
 

c. If selected, the Ambassador agrees to indemnify and hold the FashionVerse team and Tilting Point LLC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or relating to your participation in the Program.

7. Privacy:
 

   a. The FashionVerse team may collect and process your personal information following Tilting Point’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

8. Miscellaneous:
 

a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you, the FahionVerse team, and Tilting Point LLC regarding the Ambassadors Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
 

b. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
 

c. Any organizer’s failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

 

By participating in the Program, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
